Why?
Because after a certain point, increases in wealth improve your happiness only briefly, due to a pair of forces know as hedonic adaptation and social comparison. In other words, the excitement of the riches quickly wears off and there is always someone have more.
So i suggest we sould only strive to reach a point where additional wealth will not longer provide you with any phychological or emotional benefits. Steady income and independance is what we should aim for.

Grow
Perfection ldeas breathe life into us. They challenge us beyond the previously self imposed boundary and to become a better version of ourselves.
A tree with strong roots can whether any storm.
So start to growing your roots today.
But keep in mind that trees sways to the wind. They are not rigid.
Even the strongest and the biggest sway in the wind.
Allow for uncertainty you can sure it will come.
Find the lesson in the unexpected
try to enjoy mystery it will keep you young.
We all despise uncertainty
we try and waste energy and time to create the illusion of security and control the uncontrollable.

History
Talking about financial stress. Mom shared that in her transition from Kampung to Town. Sometimes at the end of the month the bank account only left RM20. This kind of story is good for TM. I realised that mom have money but do not use it multiply it why? Because busy with work, family and need to take care of old people. I guess if which a bit of hindsight a business can be built. Learning from this lesson may be i need to be more risk taker to leverage on this experience.
I am thinking what if mom were daring find a way to go to study may be she can achieve her dream. I imagine in future will i ask myself that i am more daring, will i regret if i did not take the chance. Sitting here i thought to myself may be i need to take bigger risk. Dad and mom is too meek and too good until i feel people taking advantages of them. I myself thought myself as too meek also always the opportunities fly by because of this meekness.
I am thinking what if mom were daring find a way to go to study may be she can achieve her dream. I imagine in future will i ask myself that i am more daring, will i regret if i did not take the chance. Sitting here i thought to myself may be i need to take bigger risk. Assumptions
Last night i've share about the assumption that we have based our behavior one. Today i try to practice what i've shared it is true.
For last 3 years i always wanted to register as tax payer somehow, i postpone, procrastinate, wait first... from the feedback from my colleague is negative. However, when i went there i was surprise with the service. It is all different from feedback from my colleague. Unfriendly, uncooperative, slow.
It only took me less than 1 hour to register and do my e filling. What you need to bring to the tax revenue? Simply your photostat IC, you EA form, and salary slip. I will share with you why do we these 3 things because if you just memorize but do not understand the purpose. All your memorizing effort is in vain, this i tell you.
Firstly, the photostat IC is for registering your Tax Account. After that, you will need your EA: i forget EA stand for but in short it is a letter from your employer which state your year salary for example $30,000 salary for 2009. Besides that you can get your employer no from that form and how much you paid for EPF together with the tax that you've paid. Finally, your salary slip is used to fill in the bank account no information. Piece of cake i would think so only your thinking make it look hard.
Just do it. Don't overthink, overanalyze, or else your get analysis paralysis.

Drought
It has been months i guess 1 month didn't rain. you can see the dying grass out there. why the grass die because its roots is not deep enough to absorb the source of water below. Just like human sometime we cannot achieve our goals and our dreams is because our roots is not deep and wide enough. Once back luck strike us, we lost sight of our goals. Our dreams died like the dry grass because we cannot absorb the needed water. Good times the grass have no problem as they can get adequate water from from rainfall. But drought come, no rainfall for a period of time the grass died.
Similarly, in our life when back luck strike us for a long period. Fair weather friends (Rainfall) left us, only with deep roots (relationship with supportive friends and family) we can absorb the needed nutrients ( encouragement, support, understanding and most importantly help) to archive our goals.
So invest you time, energy, mind and life wisely.

YOUNG PEOPLE AND THE MEANING OF SELF ESTEEM
I took almost a day to read this interesting and easy to understand book. I also had that kind of challenge in my life. So, some of this sharing here had resonates with me and i wanted to share it.
Self esteem can affect our sense of who we are and who they can become. The lack of confidence, self loathing, defensiveness and hostility towards other people is the signs that you can pick up form a damaged self esteem, i think i see it in my on bro.
I want to investigate the roles of relationship with my cold bro and i am afraid how it would affect my future unconciously and unintentionally. If i keep on doing the same thing and expect the different result, i would call it madness.
'Self esteem begins with being understandable and being understood'
Finally this part of excerpts in the book with resonates with me again and i feel quite true:
There are young people who original, formative experience of being loved was fleeting, ambiguous, compromised or simply non-existent. The danger for all of them is that they look for external proof of their worth(money, clothes, sexiness) to compesate for the lack of an internal sense of being lovable that they can believe in and trust.

23 days
I wrote this 23 days because yesterday i've watched 30 days.
Today another small learning process for me, i knew now how to check the drawing by looking at the number. Plus besides that, let just send the IFC first then use the time to do checking instead of do the checking then IFC that could take a long time, yeah.
I have learned also today about the material steel, concrete, wood mansory. Those material which would used as a structural material will be need to be strong and stiff. Strong means it can take good hard pressure and stiff means that it wont deflect too much under a weight. Steel is the most powerful in term of tension, while concrete is 1/10 of steel, mansory is 1/30 the rest is like a blur memory in my mind.
