YOUNG PEOPLE AND THE MEANING OF SELF ESTEEM

I took almost a day to read this interesting and easy to understand book. I also had that kind of challenge in my life. So, some of this sharing here had resonates with me and i wanted to share it.
Self esteem can affect our sense of who we are and who they can become. The lack of confidence, self loathing, defensiveness and hostility towards other people is the signs that you can pick up form a damaged self esteem, i think i see it in my on bro.
I want to investigate the roles of relationship with my cold bro and i am afraid how it would affect my future unconciously and unintentionally. If i keep on doing the same thing and expect the different result, i would call it madness.

Finally this part of excerpts in the book with resonates with me again and i feel quite true:
There are young people who original, formative experience of being loved was fleeting, ambiguous, compromised or simply non-existent. The danger for all of them is that they look for external proof of their worth(money, clothes, sexiness) to compesate for the lack of an internal sense of being lovable that they can believe in and trust.

23 days

I wrote this 23 days because yesterday i've watched 30 days.
Today another small learning process for me, i knew now how to check the drawing by looking at the number. Plus besides that, let just send the IFC first then use the time to do checking instead of do the checking then IFC that could take a long time, yeah.
I have learned also today about the material steel, concrete, wood mansory. Those material which would used as a structural material will be need to be strong and stiff. Strong means it can take good hard pressure and stiff means that it wont deflect too much under a weight. Steel is the most powerful in term of tension, while concrete is 1/10 of steel, mansory is 1/30 the rest is like a blur memory in my mind.

Milestone

Today is the first time i did some SOW, the first impression that i had is that i thought it will be a very complicated and mentally taxing task, i was wrong it is just piece of cake. Just talk about something general about the place and you got to do with the place just like that. Then you add some eng analysis, material take off and drawing wa lah, it is done. Piece of cake, where got challenge?

Tennis

On Thursday night, with a hazzy mind and cannot concentrate on reading, i went to tennis court to relax and no body play around 8 pm. I went to Pelita for a round, to my amazement it made me think again about the condition in the section 14 PJ that i always hang around. Usually i spent time there until 9 o'clock and went back college to do my assignment.
Right here around 9 o'clock is already consider late for me. Adios, i guess i had grown up.

Reflection

It had been one week since i came back from KL. I was touched and inspired when i saw the law shinning and the image of e-mart lighting the nite while the airbus is trying to land. I cried because i was really emotional.
One week and i experience the inertia of life. I wanted to changed. Nothing change in office. People take life as forever.
I guess the story of Han really encourage me that he took 9 times to pass SPM. During the Church service, i never thought adult need challenges and hardship in their lives. I thought they prefer comfort. Writing blog to express my voice still need some practicing. I will double my effort for this six month.

Complicated Process

Sitting doing some silly experiment on Tekla Structure v14, out of no where Fi came and asked me to finish the whole task. What i've basically learn is that, whenever we went to site we have to get ready a site visit report and issued for comment to the client, however, you got to DCC it. I'd no idea what is the purpose.
After the client had comment it and feel it is ok. Then we will Approved for construction. Another new document and sent it to the client to sign. Finally after they'd signed it, you got it back to copy it. One copy for your own department reference (we call it master copy), they original copy will be sent to the client. Another copy will be kept in the DCC.
What a long process for a simple site visit report.
